Process

How a project runs

  1. A short intro call or email

    You tell me what you want automated or built and where it runs today. I ask what I need to know.

  2. A written scope

    I write down what I'll build, what's out of scope and how we'll know it works, and we agree on it before I start.

  3. Built in reviewed increments, with tests

    I ship in small pieces you can review, each with its tests.

  4. Handover with docs and access

    You get the code, the documentation and access to everything I set up.
